What You'll Be Doing
You'll design, build, and own the automation infrastructure that powers client outreach, content operations, and internal workflows. Your job is to look at anything repetitive and replace it with something that runs itself.
- • Build and manage LinkedIn outreach systems — profile targeting, connection sequences, personalized DM cadences, and follow-up flows
- • Develop AI-powered client acquisition pipelines that research, personalize, and scale outbound communication
- • Automate internal operations: reporting, task management, data handling
- • Integrate LLMs (Claude, GPT-4, etc.) via API into workflows for content generation and dynamic personalization
- • Monitor automation health and ensure everything stays within platform guidelines
- • Document every system you build and keep it maintainable
- • Identify internal tools with productization potential — automations we can package and sell to clients
What You Need to Bring
Non-negotiable
- Hands-on experience with n8n, Make, or Zapier
- AI-first mindset
- Understanding of LinkedIn automation best practices
- Systems thinking
- Strong English communication

- Python or JavaScript scripting
- Web scraping or data extraction
